Before I go on, I urge you to help those who are in need. Because, It is more blessed to give than receive. Therefore, help the needy and to the poor in your land! Lastly, I urge you to stay home and be safe.
This is a time in which we cannot go outside. Some of us will be enjoying this time but at the same time, some will not. Well, I was watching some funny stuff about the lockdown.
A boy tells his friend that when he closes the fan button. The fan stops within one minute and fifty-five seconds. On social media, some people are counting chips and while some people are counting grocery items in their homes. Some people are sweeping the floor and the song goes like “Mere Halaat Aise Hain Ke Main Kuchh Kar Nahin Sakata.” 😀
On the other hand, I have read a joke on WhatsApp — a man who was talking with a spider and he finds it a very interesting creature on Earth, and the funniest thing happened when the spider told the boy that I wanted to become a web designer. Is it funny? Probably yes!
There is a huge list of such jokes about quarantine time. Social media is full of such videos and jokes.
If you watch videos, movies, and series all day long, then I would like to inform you that the content you’ve been watching is making money from you. And you are wasting time on that material. You should know this; there are two sides, in this case, they are making money and you are just spending your precious time.
In fact, I personally like that kind of stuff, too. We often check them, when we are under stress or worried about something, we should refresh ourselves. But watching them all day long instead of working on our goal is thoroughly unfair.
As you know everyone has the same 24 hours but the key is how we use it.
- -Watching Netflix everyday is easy.
- -Skipping the exercise and eating comfort food is easy.
- -Not focusing on your own business and judging is easy.
- -Gossiping about politics, sports, and your old friends is easy.
But Easy doesn’t pay you well.
If you are looking forward to the good days and if you believe that ‘greater is coming’ then my mate, I’d say that; You, yes YOU have to bring those good days in your life. Great days will not come easy to you. Nobody can make you wealthy but you. You have to work hard. You have to open multiple streams of income. If your salary is the only option to feed you, then you’re one step away from the poverty line. You have to hustle. Start what you have. It doesn’t matter where you are. Do whatever you can. Put what you can put. Be the person you wish to be. Forget everything that doesn’t excite you more. Find a hobby and turn it into a passion!
So often we think, if I had enough money and more talent, I could do something great in my life. If I had more money, I would buy what I want. If I had a luxury car and a house. We always think that if we had something big. But do you know? As long as we think like that, we are making excuses to be less than our best. We need to change our perspective.
We have enough talent, resources, connections and most importantly experience we need to do what we want. To achieve the big, we need to start something small. And there are many examples that started small and today have their own empire.
SO STOP THINKING AND START WORKING!
Still, if you don’t have any idea what to go with. Here, I would like to list some skills that you can learn at this time or if you know of one of them, then start working right away.
